The Collective UG College is a one year mentorship program designed to equip young people to become Change-Makers in their communities.

The Change Makers will be equiped in 3 displines
Leadership
Change-Makers will learn about teamwork and harness leadership abilities. They will be introduced to biblical theology and effective communication skills that spearhead change.
Business
Change-Makers will obtain skills in planning, management and execution of projects that can transform their communities.
Creative Skills
Change-Makers will be equipped in creative skills such as, visual storytelling, Media, and music production. These skills will empower the Change-Makers to effectively tell their story of community transformation as it happens.
